Lightly hazed, pinkish-red with particles floating around, a fizzy off-white-pink head that stays just a bit, and lacing is minimal. A beautiful fresh, fruity nose with the raspberries and haskaps. The taste shows the fruitiness of the berries, but seems milder, especially for a 6% ABV beer. Some light tart, sour notes and hints of Belgian yeast, candy sugars. Almost reminds me of a Berliner Weiss in the mouth, with the berries. Pretty good, but was expecting stronger flavours like their other Flacatoune brews.

A pillowy well laced off-white head on a cldar straw body. obvious effervescence. The nose leads with Belgian yeast, supported by a herbal wash and citrus hop notes. A fresh, balanced and very drinkable Saison. The yeast is the lead taste element with typical banana notes. Peaches and lemon are first among a range of fruity accents. Earthy spices, sweet bready malt and pepper add to the mix. A rich and smooth mouth feel. Very nicely done.

A substantial ipa with sessionable ABV. A well laced solid white head on a golden body. The nose leads with dark honey, with malt and earthy hops. This session IPA definitely punches above its weight. Unusually, the hops are not just citrus, with earthy and floral elements rounding out a very pleasant bitterness. Dark malts with caramel and grain flavours and a rich and dense body for a 4.2%er makes this a real accomplishment.

A big pillowy, sustained white head on a yellow straw body. A fresh and engaging nose features citrus and floral hops, sweet malt and grain. This beer is a study in fresh, well balanced tastes. Understated Belgian yeast with a banana accent, lemon, pineapple and green apples, floral hops, sweet bready malt and a touch of cloves all blend well into a refreshing profile. Solid effervescence, a medium body and a slick but not cloying mouth feel are assets.

A thin light tan head on a chocolate body. The nose is chocolate and sweet malt with a slightly disconcerting vegetal element. The body is surprisingly thin for an imperial. The taste, unfortunately follows suit. Chocolate, caramel and cream are well blended but that slightly vegetal je ne sais quoi lingers in the back of the taste as well. It is not bad for what it is, but what it is is not much.

A big pillowy white head on a transparent light straw body. The nose features bitter citrus hos, bready malt and spice. A very juicy and engaging Belgian IPA. The taste profile is led by light fruit esters from the yeast, followed by citrus hops, cloves, and touches of green apple and pepper. A very clean and refreshing mouth feel.

Top dog in a classic Quebec beer series. A big fluffy and well laced white head on a lemon juice/straw coloured body. The nose features bready malt, spice and banana. This is a well blended, refreshing and tasty triple. The taste profile leads with sweet malt and banana from the Belgian yeast. Spices such as coriander and cloves provide accents as do touches of orange and tropical fruit. Smooth, a bit slick and well balanced. The fine effervescence pumps up the taste and adds to the clean finish.

A full light tan head on a dark mahogany body. The nose is relatively subtle with rich malt, brown sugar and hints of candied fruit and acidity. This is a lovely bit of craftsmanship. Smooth caramel malt is the base element with dark berries, raisins and candied fruit. there are touches of rum-like warmth, fruity esters and toffee, A smooth, full bodies Abbey Dubbel with well balanced complexities.
