Clean, copper-amber colour with a fizzy, frothy beige head, light retention, heavy carbonation, but not much lacing left. It almost looks like a watered-down cola. Darker, roasted malt aromas with some dark fruits, nuttiness and a touch of maple, caramel malts. The mouthfeel is not as sticky as expected, nor too thick, syrupy. Decent hoppiness cuts the sweetness, with some butterscotch notes, hints of coffee and burnt bread. The maple syrup or sap is subtle, but works well. An easy-drinking, maple Scotch ale that is no more.

Medium golden colour, clean with active mid-sized carbonation, a white frothy head, decent stay and some good foamy lacing. Herbal aromas over mild caramel malt base and hints of honey. Reminds me of non-alcoholic smell. The taste shows the cilantro herbs that I do enjoy, and add some light dryness to the straw malts. Not too spicy as the Pils style, so is a good Nano Pale Lager.

2022 edition, pouring a very slight hazed (getting hazier as it pours), light-bright golden-yellow colour with nice slow carbonation, a big white frothy head, good retention and lots of sticky lacy foam. Fresh herbal nose over the straw malts, a little on the soapy side. A floral touch does come out eventually. The taste has that floral-herbal and lightly soap notes to it. What lingers is milder lemon zest. Not a bad light lager with the hopped touch to it.

Hazy amber colour with golden highlights, a big frothy warm cap, good stay and full thick soapy lacing. Cereal grain aromas with toasted notes, caramel malt base and some grapes-vinous nose. The taste has the red ale base at first, with the hoppy IPA attack, and building dryness in the end. Very grassy flavours that cut the fruitier red ale. Interesting, especially if you do not care for a sweeter red ale, but like it hoppy.

Fairly clean except for tiny-transparent particles. A white frothy-bubbly head, good retention and lots of foamy-soapy lacing left. Beautiful aromas with spicy malts, Belgian yeast, citrus notes (oranges) and hints of herbal hops. Malty base flavours with some decent grassy-bitterness, orange zest-juice and some spices. Quite a nice, year-round Saison that is refreshing with good spiciness.
