Description
We are an independent craft brewer specialised in brewing lager. Born in London in 1995, we have since moved to Abbots Bromley in rural Staffordshire. Relocating has allowed us to use a better quality of water direct from our very own private source. The move also provided us with the space we need to recycle all our waste water on site via a natural reed bed system. All the beers we brew are naturally carbonated, unpasteurised and vegan friendly. Our brewing process blends the use of modern technology and sophisticated equipment with the care and dedication of our experienced team of "hands on" brewers to ensure all our beers are well balanced and consistent in quality.

Keg at the Windsor Castle during the RateBeer Black Country Bus Bash. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a foamy white head. Clean stuff with cereal malts and lightly tangy citrus. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish with further cereal, dried grains and mild lemon rind bitterness. Decent.

Bottle(@tibits,Heddon Street): Clear, ruby-amber coloured, small but firm off-White creamy head, visible carbonation,, clean and mild to moderate toasty-caramelly nose with a very delicate hoppy touch; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour; slightly lingering malty and also a bit hoppy finish. IMHO not a Vienna, tastes more like a continental Dunkel...

Tap at the Birmingham Beer Bash 2013. Poured a crystal clear light straw colour with a broken white head. The aroma is big malt leading to a medium bitter flavour with a crisp, malty, yeasty palate and a smooth refreshing light bitter finish. As lagers go, this one really isn’t bad at all.
