Cask gravity at Wandsworth Halloween Beer Fest 2013. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is earthy, toasted coconut, raisin, date, fruit cake, honey, butterscotch and sesame. The taste is oily, bitter-sweet, honey, caramel, raisin, date, prune, fruit cake, coconut, vanilla, wood, mild spice and light bitterness with a soft, sweetish finish. Full body, soft carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Smooth and rich, yet remains rather drinkable. Good work!
