25 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a collapsing white head. Solid coriander spiced aroma with a mild mouldy note. Classic blonde flavour of mixed wheaty and spiced notes. Semi-dry. Lingering spice flavours and notes of orange peel.

Bottle, 7.5%. Fruity aroma, hint of brown sugar. Very dark brown colour, seems clear. Big, stable, creamy, rocky tan head, leaving nice lace. The flavour is quite malty, a little sweet, some roasted malt notes and a little alcohol. All in good balance. The roasted notes are the best part of this beer, quite nice.

Bottle, 7.5%. Very clovey aroma, nice enough. Clear golden colour, OK white head. Very high carbonation. The flavour is also quite clovey, slightly sweet with an underlying roughness. All in all not bad, though.

Bottled. Deep amberish brown colour with mediumsized beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, dry dark fruits along with spices, yeast and some grass. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild earthyness and flowery hops. Aftertaste is mainly fruits meeting earth and yeast.

Bottle: Poured a slightly cloudy blonde color ale with a big pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of spicy yeast with medium sweet malt base. Taste is a mix between some spicy peppery yeast with some notes of light funk. Full body with some great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. I really enjoy those Belgian golden ales when they are well done with some complexity but also a great refreshing factor.

Bottle: Poured a deep brown color ale with a big foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of candi sugar with some dry fruits and some spicy yeast. Taste is also dominated by some candi sugar and spicy yeast with a nice enough malt backbone. Carbonation is great with a slightly thin body for the style and no apparent alcohol.

Bottled@Kerstbierfestival, Essen. Brown colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is raisins, alcohol and caramel malts. Flavour is quite much the same, but also has some notes of plum and dry dark fruits in it. Pleasant.
