650ml bottle. Nutty brown colour, slightly hazy with a thick white head. Caramel, grassy aroma. Caramel dominates the flavour too, but with a hoppy bite on the finish

Bottle: Poured a clear deep reddish color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention. Aroma of light tart notes with some oak is pretty pleasant. Taste is closer to a Flanders red then a dark sour with some oak and cherry notes, light tart notes with light acidic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid beer that would be interesting to compare to something like Rodenbach.

Bottle from the LCBO. Hazy medium gold with a one finger lingering off white head that leaves nice lace. Nose is big citrus, tropical fruit and pine with grapefruit being dominant over top of a light caramel and spice. Very light sweet caramel and honey are secondary to a big dose of bitterness that lasts through the finish. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. Yum.

medium brown color. Creamy brown head that looks like an espresso. Very nice espresso nose with some chocolate notes. Smooth mouth, and I suspect this has been on nitro. Nice stuff

22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is fairly restrained, with light notes of brett, light leather, and subtle citrus tartness. Flavour is very light, with gentle citrus notes, a little acidity, a touch of leather and only a hint of brett. It will be interesting to see how this matures in 6-12 months, as this doesn't seem fully developed. Still, a solid subtle sour.

Okay head and modest swampy barley aroma. Flavour of watery coffee and barley. Watery on the mouth. Not too exciting.

A hazed golden gose with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light curacao, ground cherries, lactic acid, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light cloves, curacao, light tartness, OK. Bottle at Ottawa Xmas gathering 2015.

Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth but has decent fine carbonation. Fluffy pale malts bring a little creamy sweetness. Hops are a little odd, there is good pine and hop spice but there is also a floral aspect that is slightly perfumey - soapy. A trace of tropical fruits before a mildly bitter and smooth finish. An odd duck!
