Bottle. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is roasted malt and dark fruit. Medium mouth, oak, dark fruit, hides booze very well, very good.

Bottle - Sweet, maple like notes, berry and nice lacto tartness. Clear gold with a rich frothy white head. Sweet, funky and light tartness and a nice finish. Solid.

Bomber. Big nose or tropical fruit, some dankness, mango. Rich, juicy tropical fruit flavor with a full, oily palate. Good stuff.

Dark red-amber, no head. Aroma is typical dark sour with berries, tartness, but roasty notes that clash. Tart on the palate, sweetness late. I don’t get the appeal of dark sour, I just don’t.

Bottle split at RBWG ’15 hotel lobby share on the final night, thanks to whomever shared this one, 21/02/15. Black with a moderate tan covering. Nose is rich malt, light peppery spice, chocolate malt, charr, light roasted tones, subtle barrel. Taste comprises rich chocolate, dark fruit rinds, spice, trace of bourbon. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a little added boost. Ok impy but doesn’t really get out of 2nd gear for me.

Draft pour pint at the original tap and barrel location. Poured into their signature mason jar sleeve. I keep forgetting pints don’t exist here. Whatever they are called, the beer is awesome. Pours a light golden color with an oily fizz head. Very imperial feel to this one. Where is the line anyway? Hop heavy throughout with a bitter finish. Great amount of grapefruit but almost zero sweetness. Huge linger to this one. Good stuff.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a huge off-white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of melon, orange zest, pine needles and an off-putting hint of PVA glue. Flavour of lime, bitter hops, sweet malts and peach. Peppery finish. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Decent but not spectacular.

Bottle: Poured a hazy blonde color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of coriander and wheat malt are pretty dominant. Taste is also heavy on the coriander notes with some great wheat malt notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. Pretty enjoyable with nice dose of coriander but carbonation could be slightly more pronounced.

Bottle, thanks for all the bottles Todd. I thoroughly enjouyed this one in you backyard and we really enjoyed it at the first Garching Ratebeer meeting! Toffee, light iodine, vanilla, coffee. Almost black, low head. Dry body, dark chocolate, wood, whisky, berries, vanilla and spirit aftertaste. Great.
