Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Amber with a toght white head; lacking aroma; thin malty flavour with a touch of hops to finish. This did nothing for me at all.

[Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading] Pale gold with a barely-there white head and a slight fizz. Lemon up front with an unfortunate touch of soap. Grassy, lager-like hops come through in a slightly sour, moderately bitter finish. Not for me, and not remotely Christmassy. Very disappointing.

Gravity cask at the Wandsworth Halloween Festival 2011. Pours brown with a foamy, light beige head. Dark malt nose, subtle roast, some dark fruits. Pleasant flavor, dark toast, dark dough, some pumpernickel bread, light earth. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dark malt finish, some toast and dough, a bubbly tingle, slight burnt grass, very mild roast. OK. (October 2011, score: 3.2)
Cask at GBBF 2016. Day 1. Pours deep brown with a creamy, tan head. Dark fruits in this one, with light cocoa aspects. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly drying in the finish. Good mild. (August 2016, score 3.6)

Cask at Penderelโs Oak, JDW, London. Pours gold with a creamy, white head. Sugary biscuits and straw on the nose. Medium sweet flavor, lots of buttery diacetyl, bread, dough, light grain and straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Bit of sticky sugar in the finish, crunchy hay and straw, light dough. Nothing special.

Cask handpull at Crosse Keys Spoons. Clear deepish gold sparse white head. Its an ok fruity strong golden ale. Decent hops on finish. Bit warm and not great nick. Its ok. Whatever. My palate is a mess. Its fine.

Bottle @ Joes Tasting, thanks for sharing. Dark cloudy orange color. Smell malts, fruits, caramel and something weird, though itโs not dominantly present. Taste malts, bitter, caramel and grains. Average carbo and body.

(Cask at Castle, Chancery Lane, London, 18 July 2011) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of biscuits and peaches. Slightly toasty with a hint of diacetyl. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, citrus and biscuit, slightly toasty malt. Generous citrussy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Not really sure about the form of this one. Decent and drinkable however.
