Bottle. Black color with a medium, slowly-siminishing, light-brown head. Roasty nose with some vinous notes, and a bit of yeast. Flavor is quite sweet and malty, with some nice roastiness (and some roasty bitterness), some smoke, notes of coffee, a bit of hops, and a bit of sourness in the finish. Medium-bodied. A decent stout.

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Very citrusy, lots of lime esters in the nose. A bit earthy flavor, citrus peels dominate. Dry, fruity, could be even better from cask ... one of the better British Golden ales.

Bottle. Hazy yellow-orange color with a medium, short-lasting, white head. Sweet fruity aroma, with floral hops, some yeast (I think I should have let the sediment settle a bit more in the bottle), some maltinesss and some spices. Flavor starts with some sweet malt, andl soon becomes spicier, with a bit of yeast, mild fruitiness, and some hops in the background all the way, getting more dominant in the dry finish. Medium-bodied. An OK beer.
