Bottled 500ml (BB 07/2011)
Hazy-murky yellow color, small white. Grainy wheat - yeasty aroma, very organic! Also light notes of coriander. Light body. Sweetish banana-wheaty flavor, grainy malts, lite notes of citrus and coriander. Interesting to have English witbier, but that’s all.

Bottled 500ml (BB 08/2011)
Dark amber, hazy color, small white head. Grainy but flowery hoppy nose, perfumic. Body is decent but palate watery. Fruity hoppy flavor with notes of yeast, citrus and pine at the end. Grainy maltyness indicating organic style. Decent although not anything I would buy again.

Bottle, 50 cl. Slightly brown, yellow beer with quite weak and blond head. Aroma is quite refreshning, wheat, lemon, yeast and coriander, thus quite typical witbier. Flavour is quite mild, wheat, some lemon and only hint of spicyness with some mustyness in the aftertaste. Quite light body with lot of carbonation. Tame beer that would need more courageness, now this is too mild and easy to forget.
