Bottle 500ml.Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, toasted, moderate hoppy, dry grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100630]

(Bottle at Angleterre, Helsinki) Poured pale golden and clear. Head was small and white. Arom was very herbal and mildly fruity. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were herbalness, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was herbal and bitter. Quite strange but not really bad.

Bottled@Angleterre, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is cooked vegetables and shite. Flavour is bready malts, some mild grains and mild notes of cooked vegetables. Pretty much what I don’t want in my blonde/golden ale.

500ml Bottle - Copper with a slight haze. Slightly tart, musty and fruity aroma with hints of dried fruit, caramel and malt. Fruity and tart (intentional?) taste with raisins and caramel standing out. There is definitely a slight sour hint to the beer and whilst it’s drinkable, I am not sure if the sour hint is intended or not.

Cask gravity at Kent & E Sussex BF 2010. Deep gold, thin off white head. Slight syrup on aroma. Decent condition. Bit uncultured in mouth. Some harsh earthy english hop on finish. It’s alright and a bit sweet. But I do quite like the English hop on the finish.

Cask (handpump) @ The Globe, 8 Bedale Street, London, Greater London England SE1 9AL.Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, light to moderate hoppy, citrus - orange, berry - fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light fruity acidic and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel and toffee, a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily - smooth and creamy, carbonation is soft to flat. [20091229]

cask at the bow bar ... deep brown ... soft roast malt nose ... soft rich little charcoal bitter and roast malt ... decebnt body ... soft with a long duration. nice ...little toffee ... little cinamon

Cask @ Paisley Beer Festival 2010. Black colour, tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, hint of oats. Flavour of roasted malts, bit of hops, dark fruits.

[Gravity cask at Chippenham beerfest] Very pale amber. Yep, it’s ginger alright. Fresh root ginger fading to ginger powder, with not a lot else evident. But I like ginger, so it gets an OK from me.

Bottle from Bellingers, Jet Garage, Grove Nr Wantage, Oxon, purchased & consumed 06-04-10 Pours brown in colour, aroma is touch sour. The taste is also a little sour not desperatly so but I also think not intentionally so, some fruitiness but to be honest after a few slurps this had to go, its not undrinkable but then its not pleasant to drink either. Shame really as the last Little Valley beer I had ’Python IPA’ was very good. A4 A3 F3 P1 Ov7 1.8
