Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025. Pours murky dull orange with a white head. Very dull yeast expression with some sugars on the nose. Flavour is a yeast soup with some hints of cranberry. Completely incompetent.

Amber. Bright. No head. The aroma here is a bit acidic, fungal, and then we have a bit of acetone. On the palate, tart. Acetic. A touch of acetone. So, this, was it basically a Trial & Ale beer blended with a golden ale from Irrational. Sort of oaky. But this doesn't really work. Again, the base is overly acidic, lacks complexity, and there's only so much you can do with that.

On tap at Lore, pours a clear copper with a s all white head. Aroma has plenty of musty yeast, rustic notes, and a touch of oak. Flavour is highly acidic, with some oaky barrels, light rustic notes, and intense citric acid. Way too acidic—how is this happening without fruit? Needs fixing.

On tap at Lore pours a clear copper golden, no head. Nose has some musty, grainy yeast, and a touch of citric acid from the oranges. Flavour is moderately acidic, with plenty of blood orange acidity, dirty grains, and rustic notes. A bit too acidic, not carbonated enough, and lacking depth. Okay.

On tap at Lore, pours a clear dark red with a tiny head. Aroma has musty blueberry skins, rustic saison yeast, and light acidity. Flavour has some dry, juicy blueberry skins, moderate acidity, and rustic notes. Moderately acidic, reasonable blueberry character, just not that cohesive.

750mL bottle. Pours clear gold with a white head. Weird yeast expression, like moldy vegetables a bit. Flavour is fucked, like there was a mold growth in the tank; acidic, bad must, rotting vegetables. This is really just not good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a white head. Musty sheep wool and earthy yeast on the nose. Flavour has a damp wool character and some lemon juice acidity. Not really a fan of how the yeast comes across and the beer itself doesn't have much depth.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear dark gold with a white head. Earthy yeast, sour mold, and some acetone on the nose. Flavour has a sour yeasty character, lots of acidity, some blood orange, and a vein of acetone. Not great.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Earthy yeast, some damp wool, and some acidity on the nose. Flavour has earthy yeast, lemon acidity, and tons of acetone. The acetone is really hard to get past.
