On tap at the brewery. Pours clear dull red with a white head. Earthy and acidic nose; some blueberry. Flavour is pretty acidic, grassy underripe blueberries, earthy yeast. It's okay, but the acidity leaves it pretty unbalanced and with less character than I'd have liked from the blueberries.

Prickly pears, tart, some funk to it! Not the biggest fan, unfortunately.

Probably my least favourite of the lot. Rotten raspberry and gooseberry--something really sour. More acidic than their fruit sours, and here I was expecting something more chill since it was a saison. Some astringent vibe kicks in on aftertaste. Tap at brewery

Raspberry and lots of grapefruit bretta. Ruby clear pour with ok head. Pretty tart finish. Maybe the best I had on tap here at brewery.

Big cherries on the nose then a super sour kick at thr end. Quite tart. Grapefruit in there, the characteristic yeast strain these guys seem to rock. Reddish clear pour without head. Tap at brewery.
