We opened the doors to our brewpub on 13th June 2019, with the aim to create a beating heart at the centre of our business. A place for us to engage and interact with the people who drink our beer, and shorten the distance between production and glass. Our Brewpub was crowdfunded, with 1500 people investing in our small company. We are incredibly proud to be the custodians of a site that has over 250 years of brewing history within its walls.

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 15th January 2025. Fresh on, first pour. Hazy pale gold with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Rich and intense grassy citrus hop aromas. Zesty and juicy citrus fruits in-mouth, with a nutty savoury undertone. A hoppy finish. Light bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Cask at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Pours a murky golden brown. This turned out to be quite a malty beer with subtle hopping. Notes of honey, biscuit, grains, blackberry, hint of fruit cake. Quite sweet. Somewhat rich and that easy drinking for the style.

Keg at The Dispensary Kitchen, Winchester. Aroma is doughy, malty. Low key. Slightly opaque gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Sweet bready malts. An earthy streak and latterly develops a slightly vinous bitter edge. Light. Pretty watery. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Bland Pils.
