Description
We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice wild yeast blend, a touch of stone fruits, and some rustic notes. Flavour has a complex wild yeast blend, a touch of stone fruit character, some rustic notes, and toasted crackery notes. Dry, buggy, rustic, with a grainy, minimally tart finish. Excellent.

Hazy light brown. This is quite tart, light stone fruits, some of that dark sour character but restrained. Decent. Nice bit of tannins in the finish. Good for a dark sour.

750 ml bottle. Crystal clear pale gold with pace. Nose is spices and hay, grapefruit zest and brett. Tart, a touch of pickle, grapefruit zest, grape. so balanced. Light oak. This was not super unique or surprising, but it felt like it was just a perfectly crafted beer. Just delicious.
