Description
We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

Definitely deeply funky as described. A hint of acidity but besides that oh so soft. Citrusy earthy deliciousness.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy golden orange, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is light, oak, bugs, citrus. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk. Medium body. Other than the dead nose this is noice.

Bottle, at share, thanks to Chris D. Pours dark brown. Butterscotch, toffee, raisins, vanilla, custard, milk chocolate, bourbon, brandy. Nice oily body. Great.

deep amber golden color. Amazing smell of botanicals, oak and lemon. Heavy palate. Smooth. Very botanical with lots of oak and funk. Amazing .
