Description
We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is nicely buggy, with lots of oak, rustic saison yeast, and wild bugs. Flavour has lots of toasted grains, rustic saison yeast, some bugginess, oak, and then finishing with lots of toasted grains. Quite grainy, but has a nice buggy, oaky finish. Very good.

Hazy, pale. Not much head. This has a bright stone fruit, the base is soft, pale malt, fruity, a touch of acidity, good complexity here. Touch of brett, a nice plum note, yeah this is excellent. That little touch of bitterness in the finish

Not sabrage, but SARAge? The bottle looks like it but randomly broke in bag with other bottles. Makes me wonder on what bottles I should practice sabrage. Lovely raspberry funk. Bright and tart. LCI

That tarragon and camomile is real fun, almost get vanilla coconut vibes out of it. With classic SARA soft funk.

FLN, fell asleep before finishing this check-in, this time it's my fault untappd! Drank this after a barleywine and got plenty of fun barleywine flavors. Plums are mellow but oh so delicious with the funky earthy overall flavor.
