Description
We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique. We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated July 16, 2024. Aroma is passion fruit forward with light bready grain notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow straw color with a medium large, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers. No lacing d faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light bready grain notes. Medium low bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Moderately strong passion fruit notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent lager and easy drinking. But at the end of the day, I'm not sure this is something I would choose over a nice, crisp, hoppy lager.

My first bottle from SARA. A real treat. Not as dry as a traditional saison, a gentle tartness, lots of oak. Simple and elegant.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated July 16, 2024. Aroma is hop forward with a dank oily note upfront. Once you get past the dank you pick up a bunch of stone fruit notes, especially peach and a touch of tropical fruit. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes. Pours a slightly hazy, golden yellow color with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Fairly high lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Rather hop forward flavor with a bit less fusel, dank notes than in the aroma. Lots of peach and other stone fruit with hints of berries and tropical fruit. Light tropical citrus notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid pale ale. I would highly recommend running out and getting some of these cans (see what I did there). Nice hop notes in aroma and flavor, albeit rather different in each.
