Draft. Pours cloudy golden yellow, large puffy white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma is grain, yeast, light grass, biscuit, wheat. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Medium body, refreshing.

On tap at the brewery tap, 5/5/2014. Hazy copper in colour with a big, off-white head. Caramel, cloves and a touch of banana with slightly earthy malts and a gentle finish. Good.

On tap at the brewery tap, 5/5/2014. Hazy and deep gold with a decent white head. Refreshing and characterful beer, with solid, biscuity malts, a touch of stone fruits and moderately bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Bamberg Bash, Day 1. Air Brau, Munich Airport. Very hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Smooth malt, very slightly grainy. Just a whisper of barely there hop. Smooth finish. Clean but bland.

Bamberg Bash, Day 1. Air Brau, Munich Airport. Cloudy amber beer, short and very pale cream coloured head. Smooth airy palate, semi dry. Smooth wheaty malt, light spice and cloves, just a touch of banana. Crispy finish. Not bad.

Day 1 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, tap at Airbrau (landside) Munchen Flughafen, 24/01/14. Hazed yellow with a moderate off white covering that retains well. Nose is bitter orange, light hop dankness, straw, lemon rind. Taste comprises lemon rind, pale malts, cereals, straw, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy close. Ok pils - fairly earthy for the style.
