(7/5/08) Draught at the brewpub in Munich airport. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of malt, some light bread notes and some hoppiness. Slightly sweetish flavor at first, and a rather sharp finish with a pretty strong bitterness. Medium-bodied. A nice Helles.

Draft at the brewpub. A hazy golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet bready with notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of bread, but also notes of citrus, leading to a fine lightly bitter and bready finish. The mouthfeel is very soft due to low carbonation.

Hazy pale orange color, good cloudy white head. Light lemony hoppy nose. Refreshing, citrusy-acidic, although it is "easy to drink", has a good malty backbone. Aftertaste is lemony hoppy.

Rating #3600.
Hazy orange color, big cloudy white head. Citrus and light banana in the nose. Crisp, refreshing, flavor of overriped banana and lemon. Crisp citrusy aftertaste. This is a good value at the airport anywhere: where in the world you can have 0,5 litres of brewpub/craft beer wheat beer at the airport as cheap as 2,10 euros!

Take S1 or S8 -train from München to the last station and you are at this brewpub! This seasonal unfiltered brew is hazy amber colored with good creamy off-white head. Banana and lemony notes in the nose. Light palate, crisp. Some banana and bubblegum notes, slightly acidic finish. I can’t say what style this is - it certainly tastes like having wheat in it, but Airbräu has also regular weizen. Maybe this is "light" version of it ...

(Draught at the brew pub) Shady yellow color, fluffy white head. Hoppy and malty scent, but rather small. Spicy and hoppy taste, rather earthy touch to the hops that I’ve felt in some small brewed beers in Czech Republic also. Spritzy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.
