Draft @ La source. Nouvelle sortie pour cette pils italienne avec deux nouveaux houblons.
Couleur claire léger pâle, col épais blanc.
Arôme sur un houblonné noble, fleuri, fruits à noyaux avec une petite note d'agrumes. Léger apport du malt avec ce côté céréales concassées.
Palais reste sur une base classique de pils - avec du 100% Pilsen. Le tout est assez sec en bouche, note fruité en bouche penchant vers les agrumes - mandarine avec un appui fleuri en retrait. Le tout retient tout de même une base solide noble. Fini poussiéreux.
Pas mauvaise, mais pas la meilleure version de la Campagnol.

Can at home from Malt Attacks, Brussels, 3rd August 2025. Pours a black beer. Aroma is cocoa, rich, citrus, toasted malts and pine, mellow. Taste is cocoa and toasted malts, chocolate and pine, I love the Sorachi in a black IPA and it works well in this one, lovely balanced bitter mellow BIPA

Kolor jasno żółty z mgiełką. Piana biała, dość niska, trwała, ładnie krążkuje.
Aromat mocno chmielowy, kwiatowy, owocowy z przyjemnymi nutami ziołowymi.
Smak: balans słodowej słodyczy i lekkiej nuty kwaskowej i chmielowej goryczki. Na finiszu goryczka delikatnie wybija się do przodu.
Wysycenie średnie. Tekstura bardzo gładka, miękka, niemal aksamitna. Ciało średnie w górę. Posmak średnio długi z wytrawnym, goryczkowym finiszem.

Clear dark brown to black beer, huge fizzy creamy beige head, pretty stable, crackles down eventually, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: oooh, lovely, nice dank hops up front immediately followed up by a deep dark good roast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, good dark roast, some caramel, slightly fruity, more caramel. Aftertaste: tropical fruits, a little dank, hoppy, a bit resinous, more good roast, grassy, dank hops, citrus notes, very nice one!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 19.10.2023) im 2025-02 getrunken. Diese rosa farbende Ale kommt mit einer wunderbaren Balance an Aromen von Trauben und wilder Hefe daher. Der Alkoholgehalt und Säuregehalt ist perfekt ausbalanciert. Ein wunderbares Ale!

Taste comprises liquid fruit cake, burnt toffee, spice, dark malts, dates, figs.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good blast of alcohol.
Solid sipper.
