Bouteille 33cl de la Cave à Bières, Yverdon. BB 01/2018, batch#35. Orange sur léger trouble, col beige. Arôme au nez plaisant plein d’agrumes, léger résineux, houblons sur les c-hops et ctz. Petite note de mandarine, et effet de poudre d’ail. Palais centré sur les agrumes avec encore une effet de résineux et pamplemousse plaisant. Retrouve une petite douceur fruitée de mandarine et sur al fin une amertume devenant persistante mais diminuée par l’effet malt pâle.

Bouteille 33cl de la Cave à Bières, Yverdon. BB 01/2018, batch# 21. Orange sur léger trouble, col blanc léger. Arôme est axé sur un effet houblonné fruité noble tirant sur de fines notes de fleuri, rétro levure belge avec une pointe d’abricot-orange léger peu-être le Hersbrucker. Palais offre une pointe note de levure, citronné avec encore un effet abricot. Petit rappel EKG fleuri et impression de fleur de sureau me^me si on est sur le style belge. Petite touche poivrée sur la fin surtout au niveau levure. Ok mais l’express Namur semble être bloqué en gare.

Bouteille 33cl de la Cave à Bières, Yverdon.BB 02/2018, batch#42. Dorée, orangée, col blanc. Arôme au nez d’agrumes tirant vers pamplemousse et un léger herbacé rappelant un côté c-hops. Malt pâle, touche de levure fine en rétro avec une ponctuation fraiche presque mielleuse de fleuri des houblons. Palais - garde si je ne me trompe, un effet lager assez léger vers un type allemand, malté caramel, 2-row, pointe de Munich. Niveau houblonné, je note un léger apport agrumes -pamplemousse avec une amertume plaisante ne fin de bouche. Belle réussite, pas le clone attendu de l’Anchor Steam, mais une belle approche.

Unclear golden color with a big off white head. Good lacing. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average to rich carbonation level. Decent balanced sweetness. Quite fruity at start. More wheat and a bit to herbal/grassy flavor in the end. Decent easy drinkable beer.

Black color with a big frothy tan head. Good lacing. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and an average carbonation level. Decent mellow sweetness. Coffee, fruity, toffee, some spices and bready flavor. Nice tasty beer.

0.33l bottle from coop near zurich hb. pours a clear pale amber with a huge frothy head. aroma of floral and tropical fruity hops, very nice. flavour of woody hops, oak, blood oranges, lemongrass. balanced, more dry finish with a subtle but lingering bitterness.

Tap at Erzbierschof. Hazy murked orange color with small white head. Aroma is grapes, spicy yeasts, dough. Taste is dough, grape funk, a touch of straw, some fermenting raisins. High fine-bubbled carbonation. Nice one!
