Tap at Borefts. Hazy dark pink with off white head. Fresh berries, light dough and brown bread, spices and heather, very light yoghurt touch. Quite sweet but at the same time a light dry bitterness. Medium bodied with slick feel. Very well made.

Tap at Borefts. Hazy straw with light ring of white bubbles. Lemon, lots of lovely herbs and spices, soft soapy notes with spicy yeast. Again more herbs, weeds and flowers, but in a delicate and light way, no perfume or anything. Light sweet, very light sour and bitter. Thin bodied with a feel that reminds a lot of sparkling white wine.

On tap at Borefts ’15. Hazy amber/orange colour, white head. Aroma is sweet, roosvicee, rose hip. Flavour is light sour, fruity, jam, berries, light tart, light dry. Light bodied.

On tap at Borefts ’15. Hazy orange colour, off-white head. Aroma is hoppy. leafy, nettles. Flavour is bitter, light malty, nettles, light juicy, hoppy. Light bodied. Different, nice.

On tap at Borefts ’15. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is very herbal, lemon, different, hard to describe. Flavour is light sour, lemony, spicy/herbal, light malty. Not bad. Doesn’t taste like 7.4% either.
