We chose Latvian word Ārpus for the name of our brewery, as its meaning reflects the types of beers we brew - outside the box, beyond the mass made lagers, beers with overwhelming flavours and aromas for people brave enough to step out of their comfort zone.
The brewery is located just outside Riga (Latvia), equipped with a 10hL brewhouse and 20hL fermentation vessels. Our beer is packaged in 440mL cans and KeyKegs, then stored in a cold room to keep it fresh longer.
Smooth and sweetish mango jam with some vanilla, coconut, apricot and pineapple juice.

Aus der Dose (bbe 31.05.2026) im 2025-09 getrunken. Diese orange Ale ist zwar im Stil keine Berliner Weiße, aber ein Traum von ein Mango Sour Ale. Cremiges Mundgefühl, perfekt, abgestimmte Säure und ein vollen Körper -Traumstoff!
Magus, mõru, mehune, tsitrus, laktoos ja asjad. Ok.

Tap at Drinkøteka, hazy dull orange body, off-white head. Oh look, earthy, herbal, resinous, heavy aroma, some heavy white grapes... Smells like Ārpus spirit. Medium body, white grapes, herbal, sweetish, resinous, bitterish finish. Yup, ĀPA.
Magus, mõru, heinane, tsitrus, linnaseline. Ok.

Draught at Lauter, very pale orange, light baby food texture, tropical fruits and a bit of banana, a bit of banana and a hinr of vanila medium sweetness and a light sweetness. Nice but no too exciting.

Draught at Lauter, thick vibrant orange colour, texture like babies food, fruit and feral with a bit of candy, quite sweet with a light sweetness. Nice but a bit heavy and you really can't detect most of the ingredients.
