Description
Eigenwijze brouwsels met verrassende smaken van licht hoppig tot krachtig donker, met het lokale verleden als inspiratie. Bieren van brouwerij Eanske: recht uit het hart van Enschede.

Gestart als brouwerijhuurder in 2013. Sinds 2019 wordt er gebrouwen in een kleine, ambachtelijke, maar uiterst professionele brouwerij, waar per brouwsel 1000 liter bier gebrouwen kan worden.

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Eanske Spontaan Pale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, light smoke, light barnyard - funky. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, funky notes, light burnt plastic and phenol - yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20160820]

Bottle at a tasting. Somewhat peaty, medicinal, lots of ambiguous fruitiness. Really not easy drinking. Meh, this one failed hard even though it pains me.

Bottle kindly shared by rusos, many thanks. Dark chestnut brown color with medium off-white head. Dark malt, dark berries in aroma. Taste, plums, dark berries, bit harsh bitterness, dark malt, medicinal.

On tap at the Delft beer festival shared with kermis. Medium creamy off white head. Hazy amber pour. Nice bitterness.

Draft at Delft Beer Festival. Cloudy orange brown with a thick tan head. Aroma of veggies, caramel, yeast and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [28/08/2016]

Draft at Delft Beer Festival. Near black with a thick creamy tan head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, coffee notes, caramel, licorice and toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and heavy bitter long into the finish leading to an almost metallic quality. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Decent, but way too bitter. [28/08/2016]

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Cloudy pale amber, small head. Funky barnyard aroma. Sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity with some marzipan. Some barnyard and hay as well as saccharine. Low bitterness. Poorly executed.

TNOD(U)RBSG16. Cloudy orange, tiny white head. Mild acetic aroma, light citrus and malt. Flavour is watery, spicy and yeasty. Thin.
