Toasted coconut, and lot of rum barrel, quite soapy with a lot of molasses. Taste is along the same lines. On of those NOT GOOD examples of rum barrel aged products.

A lot of caramel, dark fruits, American oak, boozy, vanilla, creamy. Taste is along the same lines, bold, sweet and moderately bitter. Finishes with creamy notes and dark fruits. Good one.

On tap at Garden Path - Bellingham, pours a mostly clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice floral saison yeast character, gentle but fragrant hops, and gentle bretty funk. Flavour is soft and smooth, with a real nice wild yeast expression, soft but expressive floral hops, and light grains. Complex and soft on the palate. Excellent.
5oz.
A: hazy golden with a white head.
A: rustic with interesting berry character.
T: full-bodied, some lacto, a bit of Brett. Finishes with some dirty notes
M: 4/5
O: there is something wrong with its flavor IMHO. Ok.

Draft. 2022 Vintage. Mahogany brown/black beer with a tan head. Bourbon aroma. Bourbon and dark fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Bourbon and dark fruit linger with caramel.
Good ol alesong, tons of toffee and vanilla, hints of allspice, Christmas fun.
