Thanks Vran! Murky light brown body. Off white head. Herbal and tropical hoppy aroma on maltines. Bitterness driven herbal taste, wormwood. Light alcohol. Bitter aftertaste. Good.

Bottle, 8.1%. Faint fruity aroma. Cloudy dark golden colour. Small unstable white head. The flavour starts off with a bit of smoke. Has a quite high bitterness. Yeasty flavour, hint of fruit. Does not taste of cherry, but it seems that only cherry wood was used in different ways...

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit and malt, with faint hoppy and caramellish notes. Booze in the long nose. Smoky flavour with notes of barrel, malt and hops and touches of yeast and fruit. Estery aftertaste with malty and mildly acidic hints. Interesting, actually more interesting than good. Drinkable, though.

hazy amber colour, almost no head (just some minimal off-white lacing); aroma of whisky, coconut, woody and vanilla notes, biscuits, raisins and some alcohol; taste is practically the same; great barley wine!

Draught at Dno pytle. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- pleasantly fruity, citrusy, lemongrass, tropical fruit, aromatic alcohol. FLAVOR- neutral, fruity, citrusy, tropical fruit, pleasant alcohol, touch of peppers. Fuller bodied.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with a white head. Some perfumy hops in the nose, but also caramel bordering diacetyl. Medium body, low in carbonation, bitter finish. Seems old and tired. BB 280217. 090117

Butelka 0.5l (30.04.2017). Piwo klarowne o ciemno-złotej barwie z białą, obfitą choć niezbyt trwałą pianą oraz delikatnym lacingiem. W aromacie czuć nuty pieprzowe, słodkie jakby od wiśni, słodowe od żyta. Całość może nie powala intensywnością ale jest złożony i bardzo przyjemny. W smaku z nazwy na pewno jest strong z wyraźnie zaznaczonym alkoholem, lekko piekącym w gardle choć równie dobrze może to być pieprz, który nadaje piwu wyraźnej pikantności. Słodowa słodycz i wytrawna drewnianość od żyta, wędzenia i płatków wiśni, gładkość od owsa nadaje piwu złożoności. Poza tym piwo jest dobrze zbalansowane i całkiem pijalne jak na swoją moc i alkoholową agresywność.
