Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Light lacing. Aroma of orange, white pepper, chalky wheat and flower petals. Flavour of orange and warming spices. Tangy, soapy finish - maybe it’s the camomile? Medium body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. Smells better than it tastes. An interesting beer.

Bottle conditioned 500ml from an Aldi in Edinburgh: BBD Sep 15. Shared with a mate on 25th Oct 14. Hazy gold body with a good, full, white head. Oats character in both the nose and taste, mild citrus notes also. Not really a lot going on to be honest. Hoped for more. Nothing wrong with it, just a bit bland and leaning towards boring.

Bottle from Hippo Beers, Glasgow. It pours hazy deep orange with a medium white head. The nose is white grape, kiwi, gooseberry, resin, earth, pine and orange. The taste is bitter, resin, earth, pine, fruit punch, orange zest, sherbet, booze, grapefruit and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Pretty punchy stuff. Smells pretty great and tastes nor half bad either. Nice work.
