On tap at Hop Stuff Tap Room Ashford. Hazy milky pale yellow colour lasting white head. Some Belgian yeast on aroma. Some esters. A bit like a Belgian ipa. Some decent yellow grapefruit. Good condition. Yes good.

Cask gravity at the Pig's ear beer festival 05/12/2017. A murky turd brown coloured pour with no head. Aroma is paint stripper, sweet toffee, praline. Flavour is composed of sweet sticky orange, solvent, wood, paint stripper, sweet and jammy. Bad beer. Palate is solvent, sweet sticky. Bad lingering toffee apple.
I don't like beetroot even though it's well-made

750ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Bretty, funky and oaky aroma, fruity hints of pineapple. Taste is initially sweet-ish pale malty and slightly fruity, funky and bretty, hints of pineapple, later dry, more and more oaky, with a touch of leather and even peat, dusty, fusty, yeasty finish. Basic beer is too weak to withstand or assimilate the strong oak notes. [Tried first at FdB: same impression concerning the weakness of the basic beer, the fusty part was non-existent.]
