16 oz can poured at Eugene’s. Much thanks to Diceman! Canned last week. Damn fresh. I love it. Cloudy orange pour with a patchy head. A ton of fruit aroma. Flavor is on the sweet side. A ton of mango, pineapple, and orange. Juicy. No way it’s that high in abv. Delicious.

Mocha-ebony body shows light clarity on the edges and a slow to form tan head eventually sits atop with moderate retention.
At first it’s very heavy on the roast and seems to have a bit more beany character than I’d prefer. This does eventually fade but I’m still left with rich, heavy caramel macchiato-like characteristics. Dry vanilla and lightly burnt espresso notes help add balance and there is no alcohol or flaw.
A very "gritty" and bready texture is the first thing I notice with heavy, loose carbonation and a watery finish despite some light syrupy character from the coffee and malt. Definitely sweet and decadent with vanilla, tons of espresso and milky caramel character. Gets better as it breathes and warms, but I’m not finding anything incredibly compelling here.

Heavily hazy, though not soupy copper-orange-golden body is topped by a large white head that shows moderate-to-strong retention.
Big fruit juiciness in the nose is exactly reminiscent of Julius, with perhaps, a bit more maltiness. Honey, graham cracker and very light caramel match the pineapple, mango and easygoing tangerine citrus character. Clean, fresh and with no resin or obnoxious pine, as expected. No alcohol or flaws noted.
Extremely juicy, with tangerine, nectarine, lemon-lime and lots of sweet honey and bready maltiness. Very well-balanced, drinkable and with low-to-moderate carbonation that is mostly tight. At this point, like bytemesis says, it’s nothing revolutionary. Julius was definitely their masterpiece and I find their midrange IPAs to be a bit more focused, crisp and drinkable. Not that this is any slouch, but I’m not sure quite what the extra malt/hops/alcohol are accomplishing here. Just comes off a bit more sweet and juicier than Julius which is mostly unnecessary. 8/4/8/4/18

Better aromatics than I remember, with a wonderfully lush, juicy, all-encompassing nose that adds light honey-like maltiness to the already soft, juicy, mango-lime-watermelon-pineapple notes. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it’s pretty big and one of Tree House’s maltier, bigger DIPAs, to be sure, yet it’s hard to not love the incredibly juicy flavors. It’s close, in my book, between this and the regular version, but depending on mood, I can see reaching for one of these over the regular. Updated score reflects this recent can.

Lightly-to-moderately hazy, well-carbonated, gold leaf-colored body is topped by an off-white head that shows moderate to strong retention (ours was nowhere near as hazy as the pictured beer here).
All sorts of flower notes burst forth in the nose, with delicate honey and light white bread in the background. Dried herbs, lemon and mint all make an appearance and there are no flaws or alcohol.
Heavily floral flavor has light bitterness, mild lemon and honey with a bready feel to it and moderate, fairly tight carbonation. Doesn’t have the ultra-crisp, dried herb and baked bread bite to it, but rather feels more akin to a wet hop pale ale or something of that nature. Definitely dextrinous and with a bit of oiliness/soapiness. A lot of room to maneuver, though, with the name pilsner these days, especially in America. Whatever it is, the flavors are delightful, fresh, buoyant and the beer is well-attenuated and highly drinkable. I very much disagree that the heavy floral/perfumey nature detracts from the drinkability.

Poured from a can dated 01/12/2016. Aroma is rather hoppy with some dank hop notes with some onion and pine resin. Moderate tropical fruit notes as well. Some medium light cracker malt notes. Pours a hazy, dull orange with a medium sized, frothy, white head that slowly, but steadily recedes to a thin film that lingers. Moderately strong lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with moderate cracker malt notes with hints of biscuit. Medium high bitterness. Nice, fresh, dank hop notes with some onion and resin. Some light tropical and stone fruit notes with some citrus as well. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a very nice, hop forward pale ale. Lots of dank hop notes balanced with some citrus and tropical fruit notes. Good, light, balanced cracker malt notes.

Can thanks to Caleb! Pours murky golden orange, medium off-white head that dissipates to a lot of sticky lacing. Aroma is juicy, dank, pine and passionfruit, guava and melon. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, super juicy and rich. Fullish body, creamy mouthfeel. Winner!

Cloudy pale orange to beige beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: piny, lots of pineapple juice, oranges, hoppy, bit malty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: some citrus, sweet touch, very fruity, lots of pineapple, citrus. Aftertaste: nice bitterness, citrus, bit piny, grapefruit, slightly sweet malty, hint of caramel.

Poured from a can dated 02/13/2016. Aroma is rather hop forward with some nice citrus notes as well as some light tropical fruit and pine. A bit of a fresh hop pellet note with some resin. More hop oils and resin as it warms. Some light cracker notes. Pours a murky, copper orange with a large, thick, white head that exhibits decent retention as it recedes. High lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with some cracker malt notes that lingers in the finish and a touch of caramel. Medium high bitterness. Balanced pine and grapefruit hop notes with some orange and light tropical fruit. A bit of stone fruit with some hop pellet notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice IPA with fresh hop notes and a balanced bitterness and malt profile. Hops seemed to be a pretty traditional blend, but very fresh.

Can. Pours cloudy Arnold Palmer, medium creamy off white head, dissipates fairly quickly, good lacing. Aroma is very dank, piney, pot. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, juicy but Mega dank, pot, cat urine. A bit harsh. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel.
