6/6/2025. Cask at The 20th Braintree Real Ale Festival. Nice looking beer. Good hoppy aroma, lots of citrus, leafy, touch herbal. Decent for its abv.

Cask, third pint. @Nottingham Camra Beer Festival, Nottingham (England). 11/10/2024 [#7.880 Global - #970 England - #1 Lincoln Green Brewing Co. (My English brewery #302)] Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma: grainy malts, stewed fruits and yeast. Taste: candied malts, yeast and barley. A bit metallic palate. Refreshing. Next one, please!

Cask from the Blue Boar, Leicester. Lightish yellow/gold and very clear with a large loose ring of white head and a little bit of lacing. White grape, candied orange, some white grapefruit rind. Bittersweet taste with fruity hops jumping out. More citrus here, orange and grapefruit with a little bit of lime zest. Slightly astringent on the finish. Medium body and no carbonation. All in all a fine (not too) hoppy pale.

Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Black colour, biege foam head leaving lacing and aroma of roast malt, dark chocolate, smokey, molasses, coffee, earth. Taste is roasty malt, smoked notes, molasses, chocolate, caramel, coffee, with nutty, earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, smooth soft carbonation, dry roasted bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Gluten Free. Dark amber brown colour, off white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of roasted, malty, dried fruit, nutty. Taste is sweetish, roasty malt, some caramel, chocolate, and ashy, nutty, earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry malty nutty bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Gluten Free. Clear pale golden colour, fluffy white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of malt, grain, citric, grassy. Taste is malty, grainy, with straw, hay, bread notes and citric grassy hoppy bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy hop bitter finish. Quite drinkable
