Description
Lincoln Green, established by Anthony Hughes in 2012 takes its name from the colour of dyed woollen cloth worn by the legendary Robin Hood well known for championing the rights of everyday working folk. And like Robin Hood we believe in putting people at the heart of everything we do.

The words ‘quality’ and ‘consistency’ resonate throughout our business. From our brewery team who deliver beers that always taste great, through to our pub teams who ensure that they are served in the best possible condition. Cask. Darkest brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, cookie, lots of fudge. Taste is chocolate, caramel, fudge. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Good one!

Cask at heriot watt beer festival. Pours deep ruby, nose is nutty, caramel, berries, taste is similar, sweet.

Cask. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is citrusy hops, light petrol. Taste is citrusy hops, typical blonde Cask malts, lightly bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Alright, just quite boring.

Half-pint, cask ale shared with Finn at Malt Shovel in Northampton. Lacing rings down the glass from a bubbly, beige head. Dark brown body with a shade of red. Inviting malt-cherry aromas. Well blended taste of dark berries and chocolate mats. Prolonged malt-berry finish. Medium bodied. Nice. (12.02.2019).

Delt med Rune. Svart. Skum langs glasset. Heftig sjokoladearoma. Silkemyk munnfølelse. Smaken behagelig blanding av kirsebær & kakao. Ikke ueffen! Svakt tørr avslutning.

Cask handpull at the Pup and Duckling, Solihull. Poured a clear medium golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light zesty citrus, big woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth, malty, light fruit, light pepper spice, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at the Cambridge Beer Fest: Poured a dark brown with a tan bubble head. Aroma is butterscotch candy, malts. Taste was not overpowering, but definitely butterscotch and roasted malts.

Cask at the Cambridge Beer Fest: Poured a dark brown with a tan color head. Aroma was fruity, cherry, berry. Taste was strong roasted malts, cherry berry seeds. Bitterness and dry finish.

Cask at Cambridge Winter Fest: Poured a black brown with an off white to tan head. Aroma is strong, dark fruits, malty, caramel. Taste was caramel malts, more dark fruit, alcohol burn to the palate.
