Bottle from Cotteridge Wines and drunk at home. Clear very pale gold thin white head. It’s got a little bit of lemon. Soft and decent enough. Yep, it’s clean easy drinking, could do with a bit more character, but got some decent bite on the spicy finish. fine, quite pleasant.

Smooth malts-sweetish. Fresh, not too sticky, intense. Smooth with a not too deep sweetish body. Easy to drink, but I miss the complexity a bit.

Waldhaus Diplom Pils, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Hellgelb, glanzfein; kurzlebiger Schaum. (9.3.2021.)

Pale golden yellow colour. Clear liquid with white stable foam. Aroma of hops, apple and grass. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation. Slightly bitter finish. In the beginning, the beer was very smooth and untypically for a pilsener not bitter at all. But that changed with every swallow and it became bitter and tart. Quite disturbing and that ruined the good impression. I’ll give it another chance some day.

330ml bottle, thanks to Beerhunter111. Pours gold, with white head. Actually didn’t mind this, unlike those below. My notes say ’bubblegum lager’ and this had a fair sweetness that complements the malts. It is slightly cloying but I enjoyed it.
