0.33 l bottle from 'De Molen', best before March 2018. Slightly hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, rather smoky and slightly resiny aroma of mango, orange, peat and a touch of pine. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, fairly smoky and quite fruity taste of peat, iodine, mango, peach, orange and hints of pine, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, very smoky, slightly resiny finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. The smoke is not completely integrated, it's a bit messy and it has got slightly too much effervescence as well, but in general it's a pretty decent and enjoyable Smoked IPA.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2017. Murky brown with a beige head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, a bit roasty and quite smoky-herbal aroma of tea, smoked ham and a touch of chocolate. Moderately sweet, a little sourish, herbal-smoky and a bit roasty taste of tea, smoked ham and some chocolate, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit roasty and rather herbal-smoky finish. Very interesting, not bad actually!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 2. Opaque pitch black color, dark brown colored head. Looks great. Aroma is a cinnamon bomb. Taste is malts, liquorice, cinnamon heavy and chili pretty heavily. Way too much for me.
