This is gorgeous stuff. Stunningly clean, some nice crispy green apple, low levels of funk, nips of fresh grass, lightly bitter skins. Dry finish, a whisper of apple juice. Nip of salinity. Delightful.

Sample with Grumbo via Ed. Aroma is tannic, woody, apple, solvent, and vanilla. Good body, smooth and limited carbonation. Sweet, woody dry finish. Very good indeed.

Magnum bottle pour at Edinburgh Cider Salon, Montrose Restaurant, 01Dec2024. Pale golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is appley, fleshy, fruity, pear, gooseberry, floral, with some acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

3/9/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very slightly hazy dark orange with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is rich, woody, apple, vanilla, tannic, funky. Moderate sweetness, mild bitterness and tartness. Medium body, very smooth, low carbonation. Sweet woody finish. Very nice.

Aroma is woody, caramel, vanilla, baked pear, flowers, slightly musty, hint of playdough. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Panda thanks to Danlo: Poured a clear to pale with a white head. Aroma is pears, funky, earthy, floral. Taste is pear, semi-sweet, still earthy and tannins sneak in.
