Unfiltered with lots of particles floating through it. Light golden-orange colour with a white head, good retention and some light creamy lace. Orange aromas with mild malt grain and honey. Some grassy hops in there. Definitely not like their regular "blanche", this one does not have the spices found in their original. Hoppier for sure. Again, orange flavours, but mild overall. Interesting brew that drinks well from the bottle.

Congratulations on the 25 years Boréale (still love your tester 12-pack for get-togethers). Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a big warm cap that has great retention and soapy lacing. For a wheat brew, I was not expecting this smell, but a nice mild, grassy hop nose with some spices. The taste, again, is a little different, with a fruity start and finally, the wheat appears in the finish. Hints of oranges and other exotic fruits. The hop does come in eventually, creating a little dryness. Quite an interesting brew, which is pretty mild overall for a higher ABV and goes down nicely for those summer patios.

Enjoyed at Les Brasseurs du Temps. Pours a dark brown colour with copper highlights, a beige head and creamy bottom lacing. Aromas are fruity from the tea over the roasted malts. The tea adds a nice touch of fruitiness (kind of berries) and spices (almost minty) to the taste as some dark fruits lingers. Interesting fruity roasted malt brew that seems like a nice twist on a porter.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a rather buttery pale ale with metallic notes, light grassy hops, a bit off. On tap at Balthazar Laval.
