Huge malt bill. Just loads of dark cereal, grainy malts. Very litle hops, and very little sweetness. This is pretty much just a malt bomb of a belgian ale. Even reminded me of a doppelbock. Medium bitter finish, with nothing but grains and cereals in the finish.

A little dark for an amber and an off white head. Light caramel malt roma with some nuts and grassy hops. Soft carbonation, medium mouthfeel, and a medium bitter finish.

Draft: Poured slightly hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some residua; sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes and too much residual sugar notes. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Interesting double IPA but a bit too sweet for my taste.

Can that pours a clean, light-red colour with an amber hue. The head is pinkish, fizzy and disappears quickly leaving no lacing. Raspberry aromas with a cherry touch and a little sourness. The sour notes shine more in the flavours with the raspberries, Quite a nice refreshing, sour, fruity Berliner Weiss with higher alcohol.

A hazy golden colour with an amber hue, a frothy white cap, good stay and lots of foamy-creamy lacing. Big lemon nose with the zest and some sour notes. Same for taste. A decent drying finish. Not as orangy as some IPAs of the style, but a nice lemony one.
