Bottle split at L6, thanks to Paul, 22/05/18. Hazed orange amber with little in the way of a head. Nose is dusty fruits, tobacco, earthy, sherry notes, vinous. Taste comprises wood must, more sherry notes, green apple tang, stale brown bread, trace of funk, grandads potting shed. Medium bodied, moderate to low carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad for the age.

Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to Paul. Hazy amber beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Smooth palate. No carbonation. Dust and knackered malts. A light sherry vibe provides interest. Dusty woody orange. Drinkable but pretty far gone.

Bottle shared in London - cheersto Scopey. Pours unclear orange with a small, white head. Smells like really old wood and dried citrus. Light sweet flavour, more wood, strong bitterness, apricot. Medium bodied, fully soft, lightly oily. Subtle warmth in the finish, more strong aged wood, surprising bitterness. Has not aged super gracefully.
