Tap at brewery. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, moderate citrus hops. Taste starts malty, slowly complemented by light refreshing citrus hops. Easy drinkable beer.

Eines der besten Vertreter seines Stils. Feine, malzig-würzige Aromatik mit präsentem Hopfen insbesondere in der Nase. Im Geschmack würzig mit Schokolade und Kaffee, trocken und malzig, deutliche sortentypische Bittere, sehr aromatisch, süffig aber alles andere als gefällig.

Bottle. Aroma is brown malts with some roast and caramel. Flavour is sweetish with a mild bitterness. Medium bodied. A very fine Altbier.

Clear brown/mahogany pour with a stable white head. Aromas of (roasted) malt, cream, herbs, caramel, and nuts. Taste is quite similar, decent bitter finish. Enjoyed it.
