On tap at Open Baladin in Rome-Italy, with luttonm. It pours black color with some dark-brown highlights, medium and tick irregular brownish foamy head. Nose: frappe, coffee shake! Mouth: chocolate, nuts, elegant and mild bitterness, not too water either aggressive. Balanced and incredibly good!

Bottle. Pours a dark brown black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate and caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and caramel finish.

Had this months ago. Label design is priceless. Looks amber, creamy, nice. Fulfilling. Taste is nicely hoppy, bitter, pine, a bit of resins. Fruity. Body is quite balanced, aftertaste lingers longer. Clear taste. Quite nice and hoppy amber. Still dont understand what’s the thing with anAle. Baby poo notes in the aftertaste?

Tap @ Baladin, Roma. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, straw, hops and little malt. Nice bitter dry finish.

Dark brown amber color. Very clean minerally with pine and mangoes. Rounded, it shows a bit of age, but actually a really good beer. Nice med full body. i would love to try this beer fresh, it would be superb I think.

Draft @ Lambiczoon, Milano. Grazie a te Nino. Dorée, léger trouble paille, col épais blanc crémeux. Arôme de grains, malté, rappel de maïs laissant une petite douceur olfactive. Houblonné reste dans un style noble allemand léger fleuri et citronné. Palais légèrement houblonné noble, pointe citronnée palais malté rappelant le côté pilsner au relent de pale ale. Amertume est modérée avec un petit côté vert frais-fleuri sur la fin. Pour un style qui n’est pas spécialement mon préféré, cette bière est agréablement surprenante.

Draft @ Lambiczoon. Milano. Brune foncée, tirant sur acjou, col beige léger. Arôme est profond au niveau cacao poudreux le tout sur un chocolaté malté léger, bouquet garde néanmoins une petite douceur caramélisée de fruité. Palais offre un profond profil chocolaté avec ce petit côté belge de levure et de sucre brun caramélisé. Pointe d’épice, cara-pâle et grillé avec un ajout orignal de la poire qui laisse ressortir son sucre. Amertume prend le second rôle avec une amertume noble et qui vient un peu ficeler l’expérience fortement axée sur un caractère malté de la bière.

Cask @ Lambiczoon, Milano. Dorée, trouble, col épais blanc cassé. Arôme est malté, note de drêche, houblonné, modéré fleuri et fruité. Le tout est modéré avec un bouquet avec un bouquet grains renforcé mais bien agréable. Palais léger avec un prononcé grains UK pour une amertume légère. Pointe de moût rappelant les grain concassés. Amertume est également basique offrant un fleuri léger mais également citronné avec un petit rappel de fleur de lavande? La signature anglaise est partout mais le fini à seulement 3.5% est fantastique et tellement facile à boire.
