On tap @Stavio (Rome). Pours deep brown/black with a medium to little beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, light coffee and licorice. Flavour is medium sweet with a decent bitter end, more chocolate than coffee. Medium body, light carbonation. A bit thin.

A hazed golden gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with loads of Brett, light lactic notes, lemon, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet biscuit malt with grassy resinous hops, good Brett character, nice and complex. On tap at Must!

At Eurhop 2015 in Rome - Italy, on tap. Finally. Pours a pale golden hazy color, tick white creamy cap. Nose: straw-hay, milled malt, flour, some bread, grass too. Mild but with character.
