Poured from 473mL can (pkg 09/12/2025). Dark brown with small off-white head. Toasted nuts, mild bread crusts, light lagery corn malt adds some sweetness, finishes with bittering hops. Would make minor adjustments to the balance - slightly less corn malt and bitterness on the finish. Otherwise, okay.

On tap at The Magnet, pours black with a tiny bubbly beige head. Aroma is dominated by the cinnamon, with some dark sugars noticeable in back—can’t detect the vanilla behind the cinnamon. Flavour is surprisingly not sweet at all, with lots of dry cinnamon bark upfront, only a hint of vanilla, and some toasted malt underneath. Good malt base and on the drier side for the style, but I still don’t want this much cinnamon. Well-made for a big cinnamon stout.

On tap at The Magnet, pours s clear golden with a small white head. Aroma bursts with tropical melon, NZ-style hops—lots of white wine and gooseberry—and some pine. Flavour is no less vibrant, with bright tangy hops, pine, melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Super bright, tangy, moderately bitter finish. Now this is fantastic.

Pale, hazy, thin head. Fruity, wine gums…probably some 586 in here…med bitterness, fruity hop, clean pale malt. Good stuff, well made.

Dark brown, thin head, big coffee nose with artificial hazelnut. Good body, again lots of coffee, malt sweetness and medium bitterness. I’d rather the hazelnut squirt wasn’t in there, honestly…just go full speedway with this and you’d have a better beer.

473mL can, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Nose is full of toasted nuts, dry bready malt, and a touch of earthiness. Flavour follows accordingly, with a deep, dry bready malt base, some toasted nuts, and even a touch of hop bitterness. Clean, with a good malt profile, and a dry bready finish. Right on point. Good stuff.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 09/12/2025). Near black with small beige head. Cinnamon upfront, a hit of dry cocoa powder, feint vanilla in the background. Quite dry, almost powdery mouthfeel, flavour adjuncts are okay, but some subtlety would have been appreciated.

473mL can, pours a hazy copper with a large white head. Aroma has fresh doughy malts, rustic saison yeast, and some fresh bread. Flavour has lots of doughy malt, spicy saison yeast, some earthiness, and bready malt. Great dry and spicy saison yeast expression. Very nicely brewed saison.
