On cask at Euston Cider Tap. fresh sourish, not too sweet. The toffee is smooth and round, fresh with vanilla and toffee in the body. Round with smooth but sharp souring hints. Nice but a bit sourish unround.

Cask at the William Dampier, Yeovil, 13/07/16. Translucent yelloe with a moderate off white head of bubbles. Nose is sweet, pear drops, straw. Taste comprises pear jus, apple skin, light varnish, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Ok for a perry if a little overly sweet for my liking.

Box @ Leeds Station Wetherspoon, Leeds. Very pale golden cider. Tangy with an initial sweet burst, it becomes drier thereafter. There’s candy in its nose.
