Cask (handpump) @ Harlequin, 108 Nursery Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire England S3 8GG.Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, light moderate hoppy, citrus - orange, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100427]

Cask handpull at Philharmonic, Liverpool. Hazy gold, lasting off white head. Freshly put on and pulled through. It’s fine, some wheat I guess in the mash. No off/bad flavours, reminds me of a muted wit. Some hop sting on finish, some lemon.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Dark orange colour, white head. Aroma of glue, sourness. Flavour of glue, sour fruits. Slightly bitter.

Cask. Hazy yellowish golden colour with small white creamy head. Aroma is fruits, grassy, earthy, eggy and a bit cardboardy. Flavour is much the same. One of the most boring golden ales around.

Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2009. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity grassy hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy flavor with some hints of citrus. Has a sweetish malty hoppy citrus finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Cask gravity at The Haywain, Bramling. Pale chestnut lasting beige head. Yeasty aroma. Malty besst bitter and "Just Like Heaven," by The Cure came on the stereo and I couldn’t have been happier. Very good traditional best bitter, maybe a touch more hop needed on the finish for my palate.

Cask at the Kingston Arms, Cambridge, England on 15th Aug 09. Golden with a lively domed foaming white head. Fruity notes abundant - delicate cherry and citrus hop notes in main kixk.Thirst quenching and easy drinking with a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask at Merton Summer Beer and Cider Festival, Merton, Oxon 16-07-09 Pours mid amber in colour. Nice full malty beer there is a definate sprinkling of hops and a pleasant dryness at the end, its tasty and a decent session beer, was surprised that this was one of the last beers to go as we priced it at 90p a half and most people who had it appeared to enjoy it.
