Poured from a bottle. Aroma is bright with some light acidity. Quite a bit of fruit notes from the Brett with stone fruits and pineapple. Quite a bit of white wine notes with some light oak and tannins. Light grain notes. Pours a bright golden orange with a small, thin white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers for a bit. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium light acidity. Some light grain notes. Moderately strong white wine and oak notes with some medium tannins. Medium bitterness. Lighter fruit notes but still quite a bit of stone fruit. Much lighter tropical fruit that is hidden behind the white wine notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a good saison, but it’s not amazing. The tannins from the oak and white wine are too strong. A bit better as it warms and the stone fruit comes through more in the flavor. Still not worth the cost for these small bottles.

Growler thanks to AJ. Pours a cloudy orange pink with medium frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strawberry seed, wheat, dough. Thin mouth, tart strawberry, wheat, dough, light, crushable, very good.

Very hazy gold beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and fairly crisp. Thin malts has a very modest sweetness. A light but annoying acetone - glue thing. Thin orangey hops, some hop spice and pine. Light semi dry finish. Plenty of hop here but there is an off note.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a golden orange color with an off white head. The aroma has lots of orange and passionfruit. The flavor has some melon up front with more orange and passionfruit. Honey and passionfruit in the finish. Low bitterness, but higher crystal malt than I usually like. Pretty good overall.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a clear light golden color with a white head. The aroma is super fruity, lime, kiwi, passionfruit with some light toasted malt. The flavor is very fruit forward with some melon citrus and light caramel. Ok stuff.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a very dark brown color with a light tan head. The aroma is super coffee forward with some hints of chocolaty spent coffee grounds and some tobacco. The flavor is solid with some string coffee, spent coffee grounds, some nutty cocoa and only mild hints of chai...no maple syrup. Good.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a clear golden orange color with a white head. The aroma is potent citrus and tropical fruit. Sweet passionfruit with notes of toast and caramel. The flavor is floral up front with hints of passionfruit and caramel. Hop character is strong with some light to medium floral bitterness. Overall, a nice IIPA. Low bitterness, big hop flavor. A bit too much crystal malt for my tastes.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a very dark brown color with a light tan head. The aroma is lightly acidic dark roasted chocolate with hints of coconut. The flavor is full with coconut, dark chocolate, walnuts...perfect representation of a German chocolate cake. The body is full and creamy with the nitro serving really allowing the flavors to shine. So good. Amost no bitterness. A real treat.

On tap at the brewery. It pours very dark brown with a creamy, lasting khaki head. The aroma is minimal. Hints of cocoa and toast. You have to search for it. The flavor is really mild and subtle. Nice creamy sweetness with a hint of smoke. Cocoa is there, but takes a backseat to the creamy, roasted character. The finish is very smooth, sweet and creamy with only a hint of ash. A pretty nice milk stout.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a dark brown color with a khaki head. The aroma is solid bitter dark chocolate and toasted malt. Focused. The flavor is a bit sweet with some root beer and strong notes of chocolate. Smooth and lightly creamy on the palate. Good roasted malt kick in the finish. Overall, very enjoyable, but on the sweet side.
