Bottled 500ml (from England). Dark brown colour and small beige head. Nutty toffee in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Toffee, nuts, soya sauce and alcohol in the flavour. Mmkay.

Hand-pulled half-pint on 12th April 2023; Market Tavern, Durham. Golden/blonde body, thin white head. All a bit subtle (or bland depending on your stance) to be honest. Slight citrus leaning with a semi-sweet malty back bone, but lacked oomph and any strong flavours.

# 3428; 1/2023. Fruity, roasty, caramel, earthy aroma. Brilliant copper body; persistent tiny off-white head. Roasty, caramel, earthy, fruity. Very good english style brown ale. 0,5 l, clear-glass bottle, supermarket, somewhere in England.
