brown, Almost mahogany color. Apple crumble and citrus notes. The mouth is off sweet, but not all that interesting. Medium bitterness. Kinda odd but doesn’t have a lot of noticeable characteristics, like Vogue - there is nothing to it.

(Can) Pours hazy yellow straw with big fluffy white head. Spicey, peppery aroma with earthy hints. Great palate; plenty of soft carbonation. Peppery spice is dominant in the taste. There’s some nice citrus notes at the start and in the mid palate. The finish is long a bitter, in a good way, with just a hint of oranges. Not an easy drinking beer, but a tasty interesting beer.

From a 500ml can on 7/10/2018. Pours a hazy light golden with the barest of heads. Has quite a strong, odd, pungent nose featuring zesty, funky citrus and dishwashing liquid. The flavour is more strange still - overwhelming super sharp and sour lime and lemon, with some grapefruit, a big dash of salt, and a harsh, muddied, astringent bitterness at the back. The oily mouthfeel and prickly carbonation make the experience even more difficult. Flat out hard to drink, and I don't say that about many beers. They've somehow managed to make something 6.5% seem super boozy. Unpleasant, unbalanced and comfortably the worst NEIPA I've had to date.

375ml can from Plonk, Canberra. Hazy pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and tangy apple aroma. Taste is sweetish, green apple, some apple skin and drying light tartness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable

(On tap, I assume) Clear pale golden with big loose white head. Pleasant aroma of light malt, with bread and lemon hints. Light body with bright, somewhat fizzy carbonation. Nice taste, with good biscuity light caramel malt, some lemon tang at the start. Low bitterness. Easy drinking.
