Bottle from Wales Ales. Clear gold with nice white head. A pretty fresh floral and herbal hop aroma with standard pale malt. Taste has a semi-sweet fruity note somewhere between tropical and stone fruit, floral bitter bite on a solid if uninteresting malt base. Decent balance to it though.

Bottle from LCB, 6 months still in date. Clear gold with small white top, little retention. Aroma of citrus, elderflower, light toasted pale malt, floral to spicy hop. Taste of elderflower, toasted malt, light citric and floral hops. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, easy drinking. I tend to score higher than most for sessionable brews but this one I found to be very drinkable but boring.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear gold, small white head, nice lacing. Aroma was quite sweet and floral with some citrus peel notes. Taste was quite bready for an IPA with floral, citrus and light piney bitterness running through with some roast in the finish. Medium bodied and fairly slick. Nice beer although nothing special for an IPA.

330ml bottle. Pours black, small beige head which settles down to a nice top. Aroma of chocolate, lots of vanilla, slight edge of roasted malts; pleasant. Taste is semi-sweet, dark chocolate, vanilla, roasted malts come through stronger than aroma suggests. Quite bitter. Light body but fine for the ABV. I like it.
