Cask @ Old Bank, Bradford. Golden with a small head. It's an undistinguished hoppy ale that's mildly sweet. It could be sessionable. Has a dirty nose.

24th July 2018; cask half-pint at The Station Hotel, Oakengates Shropshire. Golden body, white crown. Typical Salamander brew, light citrus leanings and a decent blend all round, easy drinking without offending or testing your senses too greatly, nice session ale.

Gravity cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Black, translucent, with a loose off-white head. Liquorice, coffee, a touch of plum and roast malt in the aroma. Sweet taste with a chalky bitter finish. Some stone fruit in the aftertaste. Body's a bit watery but it doesn't detract much from the overall experience. Not overly exciting, but I like it.

Hand-pulled half (cask) on 2nd May 2018, at The Station Hotel, Oakengates, Shropshire. Yet another golden ale out of Yorkshire, at least this one doesn't have a citrusy leaning in it's make up. Refreshing and fairly bitter, piney and resin like hop flavours above the light malty base. Easy drinking beer.
