Handpull cask at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Dark gold, clear with a bit of loose white head and some lacing. Grassy aroma with light notes of lemon curd. Taste is nicely balanced, a trifle sweet at first but then weighed down with a hoppy bitterness. It's a fairly standard golden, but it's a well-made one.

Cask @ Jacobs Beer House, Bradford. Extremely dark red with a small creamy head. Has a light roasted malt character, which is best in its nose where there’s a hint of nuttiness.
